The external share room is what a certification body or law firm actually opens when you hand them a share link, with no account and no onboarding.

It lands the Accredited Certification Body on a plain what-this-is line explaining what the room contains and who sent it. Below that sits the register, grouped by the AI system each artefact belongs to. Every row supports opening the artefact in place or downloading it, and shows the full sha256 content hash, not a truncated preview. Each seal also carries an offline verify affordance, so the Accredited Certification Body can confirm the hash independently of regulation10.ae's own servers if they choose to.

Zero onboarding is a deliberate design constraint, not an oversight: an Accredited Certification Body who has to create an account before they can read evidence is an Accredited Certification Body who reads it later, or not at all.

Audit-ready, not certification. This guide helps you produce evidence for assessment. Certification may only be issued by an Accredited Certification Body or by the Commissioner, if the Commissioner establishes a certification scheme. Confirm your specific obligations with counsel.
