These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the regulation10.ae marketing website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Exec X AI Ltd (DIFC registration 10474). The authenticated regulation10.ae platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or browsing the Site you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Site.

2. About us

The Site is operated by Exec X AI Ltd, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under number 10474, with registered office at Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, UAE. Our Appointed Senior Officer (ASO) is Khaled Shivji.

3. Scope: marketing only

The Site is a public marketing and information channel. It does not provide the regulation10.ae compliance platform itself, does not accept regulated data, and does not constitute legal, regulatory or compliance advice. The authenticated platform is delivered separately at https://app.regulation10.ae under a written Master Services Agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, layouts, graphics, and software — is owned by Exec X AI Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and database rights. You may view, download and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

  • You will not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or that breaches any applicable law of the United Arab Emirates, DIFC, your jurisdiction of access, or any third party right.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any connected system; will not introduce malware; and will not interfere with the Site's availability for other users.
  • You will not scrape, harvest, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission.

6. Contact submissions

If you submit information via the contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to share it, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation. We process contact submissions in line with our Privacy Notice. The Site MUST NOT be used to send us regulated personal data, special-category data, or material subject to professional privilege; for those exchanges use the authenticated platform under a signed Data Processing Agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content is current, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information you find here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by DIFC law, Exec X AI Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including the authenticated platform at https://app.regulation10.ae. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

10. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by an updated "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC. The courts of the DIFC shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
