Which currency do you bill in?
Headline prices are in AED, the natural billing currency for DIFC tenants; USD equivalents are shown alongside. We invoice DIFC entities in AED and non-UAE-resident enterprises in USD. All prices exclude VAT, charged at the prevailing rate (5% in the UAE). Annual prepay saves 12%.
Do you charge per AI system or per tenant?
Per tenant, with a soft cap on the number of AI systems that can be brought into scope per tier (3 for Starter, 10 for Professional, 30 for Enterprise; Sovereign has no cap). Tenants who exceed their tier cap pay AED 900 (about $250) per additional system per month.
Is there an annual prepay discount?
Yes — annual prepay carries a 12 % discount versus monthly billing. Applied at billing time on the same Stripe subscription.
Where is my regulated data stored?
All regulated data — DPIAs, transparency notices, audit trails, evidence packs and the AI System Register — is pinned to Azure UAE North. Enterprise tenants get UAE Central as the zone-redundant paired region. Cross-border access happens only through DIFC Standard Contractual Clauses with a Transfer Impact Assessment on file.
Do you offer a Reg 10 Accelerator participant package?
Yes. The Professional tier exports a Reg 10 Accelerator participant pack against the §1 / §2 coverage matrix. Enterprise tenants additionally get ACB-engagement support with Middle East Privacy or Mission+/Brave Governance as scope and timing allow.
