Use this channel to exercise your rights under the DIFC Data Protection Law (Art. 32–43) over the personal data Exec X AI Ltd holds about you. You do not need an account. We respond within one month (30 days), extendable by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests — we will tell you if that applies and why.
Your rights
- Access — a copy of your personal data and how it is processed (Art. 33).
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 34).
- Erasure — deletion in the circumstances the DPL allows (Art. 35).
- Restriction — limit processing while a matter is resolved (Art. 36).
- Objection — to legitimate-interest processing or direct marketing (Art. 37).
- Portability — receive data you provided in a machine-readable form (Art. 38).
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you (Art. 22).

Email privacy@regulation10.ae with your request, or use the pre-filled template below. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act.
What to include
- the right you want to exercise;
- your full name and the email address you used with us;
- enough detail for us to locate your data and understand the request.

Please contact us first so we can put things right. You may also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection (DPL Art. 60) at commissioner@dp.difc.ae, or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
