Every Regulation10 tier runs the same evidence engine. The difference between Starter and Sovereign is reach, not rigour.

Moving up a tier raises the number of systems you can register, the number of seats, and whether you get the runtime gateway and Sentinel. It does not improve the DPIA, the notice, or the seal. Those are the same on Starter as on Sovereign.

In practice this means a five-system Starter tenant produces evidence to the same standard as a hundred-system Enterprise tenant. What changes with tier is the ceiling on how much of your estate the platform covers at once, and which runtime enforcement and monitoring features are switched on.

See the full tier comparison table for the current ceilings on systems, seats, the runtime gateway and Sentinel monitoring by tier.

Audit-ready, not certification. This guide helps you produce evidence for assessment. Certification may only be issued by an Accredited Certification Body or by the Commissioner, if the Commissioner establishes a certification scheme. Confirm your specific obligations with counsel.
