The free readiness assessment is ten questions about how your DIFC-licensed entity runs AI on personal data. This entry covers what to expect before you start.

About three minutes. Ten plain-English questions, two per screen. No prior Regulation 10 knowledge is needed to answer them.

No login, no gate. Your score, a recommended plan and the full gap list appear instantly. Leaving an email address is optional, not required to see the result.

Citation-pinned. Every gap the assessment surfaces links to the exact DIFC Reg 10 or DPL clause behind it, so you or your counsel can check it against the source rather than take the score on trust.

The output is a readiness score, a recommended plan, three priority actions and the gap list itself. Nothing about the questionnaire's own scoring logic is covered here; the questions themselves are the fastest way to see it.

Audit-ready, not certification. This guide helps you produce evidence for assessment. Certification may only be issued by an Accredited Certification Body or by the Commissioner, if the Commissioner establishes a certification scheme. Confirm your specific obligations with counsel.
